We at Sigma Software are happy to have people on board who never tire of supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine and civilians suffering from the war.

It’s incredible to work with people united by mutual values and beliefs, a common goal, and an indomitable desire to help our country.
Warm clothes collection for our Defenders
A week before Christmas, we launched a collection of warm clothing for the defenders in frontline regions’ hospitals. At the end of the campaign, we received huge parcels from our 11 offices in Ukraine and teammates in Poland. Colleagues brought warm clothes: sweaters, sweatshirts, hats and scarves, pants, underwear, socks, and shoes.
The warm package was sent to our defenders at the stabilization center in the Kharkiv region before the New Year. May these warm clothes comfort those who are recovering now.
Laptops for the State Border Guard Unit of Ukraine from organizers of the L.E.A.D. conference
Nowadays, everything works for Victory, and education is not an exception!
Last year, the L.E.A.D. conference was held for the internal and external professional community and provided valuable insights on business development and professional growth. Sigma Software University — the event organizers, donated Unity Fund a significant part of the proceeds from general ticket sales and all the funds from internal sales.
This donation was directed to fulfill one of our Defenders’ urgent requests: laptops for one of the State Border Guard units. This equipment will help our border guard perform combat missions and bring Victory closer day by day!
Letters of gratitude from our Defenders
In December, we received a letter of gratitude from the 97th Separate Mechanized Battalion, one of the military units we support. Last autumn, Sigma Software Unity Fund purchased and transferred an unmanned ground vehicle to our defenders. This vehicle works like a tracked tow truck robot and helps our servicemen in their combat missions in the Donetsk direction.
We will never stop helping to defend Ukraine against the aggressor! – words that inspired us to keep going in our work.
Our strength is in our Unity!
Support of a Young Tennis Player from the Odesa region
Last year, Sigma Software and Sigma Software Unity Fund joined other Sigma Group companies to support a rising tennis star — Oleksandr Ponomar. Born in 2006 in Odesa region he moved to Sweden before the war to boost his sports career. After receiving a scholarship from Sigma Group companies, he dedicated that season to achieving his ambitious goals. He traveled to two continents and played in major tennis tournaments: Malaysia Juniors J300, Finland Hanko Juniors 100, and Sweden Juniors World Tour 100.
Last fall, Oleksandr switched from Juniors to men’s PRO tournaments — a big step in his tennis career.
Sigma Software is firmly convinced of the importance of working for the future and helping those who will light up Ukraine on the world stage one day. Our company supports young talents and invests its knowledge, time, and charity funds in the Ukrainian youth.
Thank you for supporting Sigma Software Unity Fund during that challenging 2024!
